YES! We have a state of the art road force balancer that can handle tires sizes up to 40” and rims up to 26x14. Our specialized aftermarket technicians are trained to balance oversized wheel and tire setups. 

ALWAYS! Lug nuts can loosen slightly when you are driving afterwards due to settling. Therefore it is crucial to check and re-tighten them to the correct torque specification for safety reasons. 

You can check if your tires need replacing by using a tread depth gauge to measure the remaining tread on your tires. If the tread is less than 4/32 of an inch, you should consider replacing your tires. If the tread is less than 2/32 of an inch, your tire is considered legally bald and you should replace your tires immediately.

The frequency you should be rotating your tires will fluctuate depending on your tires. Make sure to check your tires’ warranty requirements according to the brand, make and model. If you are unsure, we generally recommend rotating your tires every 10,000 km or at every oil change to ensure even wear. 

The number sequence on a wheel refers to the wheel diameter (first number) and the rim width (second number) of the wheel in inches. Additional letters and numbers may indicate offset, bolt pattern, or other specs. 

The number sequence on a tire refers to the width, aspect ratio, diameter and speed rating of the tire. If you have P-metric tires, they are measured in millimeters. The size of LT tires are measured in inches. 

This symbol indicates that the tire is a dedicated winter tire that is suitable for Canada’s harsh winters. Tires must have this symbol to legally drive in BC in the winter.

Load range indicates the weight a tire can carry, while the speed rating signifies the maximum speed the tire can safely handle.
